This past Saturday was a beautiful day and one of the few dry days we have had recently. Linda was on an airplane coming home from Missouri, so I decided to take the Quail Valley Garden Club's spring garden tour. I grabbed my camera, and off I went.
Gardening with a camera is great - there is no planting, fertilizing, or weeding required. You let others do that, then you just go house-to-house and take photos. No fuss, no muss.
The gardens I visited and the flowers I saw were magnificent; just incredible labors of love. Along with their own gardens, the good folks of the QVGC take care of all the sub-division entrances and esplanades.
Here are few of the more interesting flowers I saw. Click any photo to begin the slideshow. Enjoy.

If a man travels with a map,
but no woman to read it,
is he still lost?
You and I have memories
Longer than the road that stretches out ahead

"On the road again,
Goin' places that we've never been,
Seein' things that we may never see again,
And we can't wait to get on the road again."
