We've Been (Almost) Everywhere
I've Been Everywhere
"I've been everywhere, man.
I've been everywhere, man.
Crossed the desert's bare, man.
I've breathed the mountain air, man.
Of travel I've had my share, man.
I've been everywhere."
-- Geoff Mack, 1959

Originally an Australian song, it was first sung in the U.S. by Hank Snow and was number one on the country music charts in 1962. I was in college then, and didn't know from country music. Johnny Cash brought it back in 1996, and since then it has been a favorite of mine.
While we haven't been everywhere, we're still working on it. Maybe someday we can sing the song.

Where We Have Been
The map below has some rules. No state gets colored in until we have spent the night there in the RV. So there are a number of white states that we visited pre-RV, and they will just have to stay white until we get back to them and fulfill our requirements. Our goal, of course, is to color in the entire lower 48 and Alaska. If the tank has enough gas in it, we've got the crayons.
